Look at the list below: if your event involves licensable activities, click on the 'Licensed Events' link further down.  If it doesn't, then click on the 'Meetings' Link further down.  If you think your event is more complicated,  the first step is to directly email the bookings collective - This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. A licensable activity is one of the following things, carried out for the purposes of providing entertainment to attendees.

• performance of live music or recorded music, or the provision of facilities to make music

• showing a film (unless it is for the purpose of information, education or instruction)
  

• performance of dance, or the provision of facilities for dancing

• performing a play

• having the bar open (supplying alcohol to members or selling alcohol to guests of members)

• providing 'late night refreshment' (hot food between between 11pm and 5am)
