| Leeds Women's Environmental Network group is a group of women campaigning around environmental issues that affect women. WEN is a national charity but local groups are separate and free to campaign as they chose. We plan to raise awareness of re-usable forms of sanitary products, alternatives to the harmful cosmetics and cleaning products that we are exposed to in both our working and home lives and working with other groups to promote cloth nappies. Though not specifically a women's issue, women often make the choices around the nappies that they use on their baby. We welcome new members and their ideas. |
