Common Conversation offers free conversational English classes to asylum seekers and people of refugee status. Meeting every Saturday from 12-4, the lesson runs from 1-3 followed by a shared meal and socialising.

As well as providing an opportunity to learn English, the group has become very popular as a social space where the students can make friends and improve their confidence using English and get involved in running the project
